Change color of [Back] button was created by WestCoast
Hi,
I've just installed the guestbook and I have to say it works very nice.
But I have a question.
To make it more visible where to click to go back to the previous page, I would like to change the collor of the text between the brackets that says [Terug] or [Back]. I don't want to lose visitors from my home site
Is that possible?
Regards,
Jos

Open the file "style.css" in notepad or another simple text editor. At the end of this file add the following:
Where "blue" can be replaced with whatever other color you wish to use. You can reference this page for a list of supported colors:
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_colors
Enjoy!

Code:
.text
{
color: blue;
}

Hi Pete,
Thanx for your quick response.
When I add the style.css file and upload it to my site, nothing changes. the Back-button stays black.
Other changes I've recently performed where imedietly visible, so my website host isn't caching.

Hi Pete,
I was testing some things in the header.php file and now the Back-button is completely disapeard. I'had an older version of that file that was working but when I put it back, the button is still gone.

It sounds like your web host may be caching after all. Right click on the page and chose "View Source", then click on the css link it gives you to navigate to the version of the css it is referencing.
As far as your header, the back hyperlink doesn't really have anything to do with the header.php code, other then the header referencing the css file.
