Who can help me.
I placed the guestbook on my site, everything works.
But if I place a comment I get the following error:
=============================================================
Date: Fatal error: Call to a member function show date () on a non-object in hoekjan.net/gastenboek/list.php on line 97
url= www.hoekjan.net/gastenboek/list . ... &order=asc
============================================================
What's wrong?
Sincerely, Bennie

Hello Bennie,
This error usually means that you either have an invalid entry in your data file or that you have edited the data file manually and make a correction incorrectly, throwing off the serialized objects in the guestbook data file.

Hello Pete
I have just put online guestbook again, I only have the website name with and without the www and set my mailaddress.
Nothing else changed, but I still get the same message.

I tried your data file which is located here:
www.hoekjan.net/gastenboek/data/list.txt
It runs fine on both Windows and Linux Servers we have locally:
[attachment=0:9wliu9jj]<!-- ia0 -->gb_bennie.png<!-- ia0 -->[/attachment:9wliu9jj]
Therefore the issue is related to your server envrionment setting or permission. Try the following:
1. Give the "data" directory and all files inside it a permission of 755 (CHMOD).
2. Fetch a new copy of the guestbook, extract and upload it to a different directory on your server, then without changing anything copy in list.txt into the "data" folder and see if it works.
