Importing data from other guestbook

Hi folks,

I'd like to use the DigiOz guestbook recommended from my provider Hosteurope. But I dont know how to tranfere the old guestbook entries from another guestbook (not from DigiOz) to the latest DigiOz guestbook. The entries in old guestbook look like this:

Is there an easy way to transform/convert the old entries into DigiOz format?

I just want to update you on the progress of this conversion script. Except for the Russian character conversion, the rest of the script has been done for weeks. But progress is slow on the russian character conversion. I will update you on the progress soon.
