Issue when adding a new message

Hi, every time a visitor tries to send a message they get the following error:


Any advice will be really appreciate

When you replaced your old data file, did you set the Read/Write/Execute Permission for the file "list.txt" to 777 or 755? If not try allowing all users, groups and owners to be able to write to the file.
