How can I include this gb?

Hi, I downloaded the guestbook, and I like the fact, that I can customize it, but the mainproblem is, that I have no idea of php and I am not able to include the gb into my website. I uploaded my files via ftp and now I want wo include the gb in my iframe, but which command should I use and how script should I use? How can I reach the adminarea?
Well, these are the Mainproblems, pretty easy I guess, but I would be very pleased if anyone can help me.

You can include the guestbook in a standard HTML file using the following HTML code:

Default admin can be found at:

Username and Password are both "admin" by default. You can change this in the file "config.php".

I should also add that the path to the guestbook may have to be changed if you have installed the guestbook in a directory other then "guestbook" inside the root html directory of your webserver.
